Insurance Marketing Lab ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered marketing assistant for insurance agents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

Information You Provide

• Profile details you enter to personalize content — such as your name, business location, contact information, logo, specialties, and personal facts.
• Content prompts — the topics, tones, and instructions you give to generate posts, captions, scripts, and images.
• Photos you upload for the AI Spokesperson Studio. A headshot you choose to enroll is sent securely to our video provider to create a reusable talking-photo avatar.

Information Collected Automatically

• Subscription status — managed through Apple and our payments provider (RevenueCat) to determine which features you can access.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data — used to keep the app reliable and improve features.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate the marketing content, scripts, images, and spokesperson videos you request.
• To personalize suggestions based on your profile and specialties.
• To process subscriptions and unlock paid features.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

We ask for your permission inside the app before sending your inputs to any AI provider, and we share only the minimum information necessary with trusted providers who help operate the app:

• OpenAI and Anthropic — receive the topics and business details you type so they can generate your posts, captions, scripts, and images. They do not use your data to train their models and do not receive your photo.
• HeyGen — receives the headshot you choose to upload and the script you provide, solely to create and render your spokesperson avatar and videos.
• RevenueCat & Apple — to manage subscriptions and purchases.

These providers process your data only to deliver their service and under their own privacy and security commitments that provide protection equal to ours. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use any of this data to track you across other apps or websites.

Face Data & Photos

The headshot you upload for the AI Spokesperson Studio is the only image we process. It is used exclusively to generate your own talking-photo avatar and videos through HeyGen. It is never used for identification, authentication, advertising, or tracking, and it is not shared with any third party other than HeyGen for this purpose. You can delete your enrolled avatar and any generated videos at any time in the app, and we retain the headshot only as long as needed to provide the avatar feature you requested.

Data Retention

Profile information and saved content remain available to you within the app until you delete them. You can remove your enrolled avatar and saved content at any time. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your Choices

• Edit or clear your profile and saved content in the app at any time.
• Delete your enrolled spokesperson avatar from the Spokesperson Studio.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us at jnklonlinesales@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
